Learn From My Mistakes!

Last year I was sick for a week as I let business and life kindaovertake me, as I was hoping to make up for the time missed. (Lesson learned 😉

(I mean I had The odd run here and there)

But before I knew it is was three weeks that I did not have my consistent workouts. 

The longer I left it, the more unmotivated I become.


Has that ever happened to you? 


I kept saying to myself.. “I’ll find time tomorrow”.. I now say “I’ll make time tomorrow” 


But as you know, tomorrow never comes. Has this happened to you? Is it happening to you now? If you ever get stuck in a rut for whatever 

reason with your training, then try this…….It’s something very manageable that will supercharge your motivation and get you back in the game….


Add in a daily challenge (pick one of these to do) click the link to see a video of how to perform the exercise

Method: You choose (three ways)


1) You could do a EMOM (every min on the min challenge): Complete 10 every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. 

Or

Time yourself to see how long it takes you to do 100 in one specific time (resting of course when needed)

OR

Break it up throughout the day…

You could perform 10 reps every hour for 10 hours…

There are so many different ways to approach it so feel free to choose one of these methods above that works best for you and your fitness level.

It’s a challenge that requires little to no room and little to know equipment, it will keep you motivated and get you back into the game. and well…..

Trust me, that’s a challenge within it’s self

Lastly,  when doing these challenges instead of listening to music while you workout,

Try watching documentaries on Netflix or HBO..etc 

You will be surprised, your Workout is over before you know it.
