Have you ever heard the saying, “if you put your mind to it, you can do it”? Most likely you have heard this many times, but have you actually tried it? Do you actually believe it? Mindset is defined as an established set of attitudes held by someone. That means that your mindset determines your attitude, or how you feel about something. The growth mindset recognizes that once you dedicate yourself, you can achieve. The question now becomes, “how do I adopt this mindset and put it to work for me?” The answer is simple in nature, but as you are learning…it will take dedication to change your mindset. Just think, we do not even know our true capabilities until we start to view ourselves as a work in progress. A work that has only begun and will change as we put our efforts in certain areas.
